Host-selected network snapshot.
Zero-initialize before filling. Addresses are network-order bytes; an all-zero address disables its family. Each enabled family needs a nonzero interface index and prefix length (1..32 or 1..128). Both families must refer to the same local link. The host must supply assigned, usable addresses served by its HTTP listener.
