Configuration and ports

Keep the library, target port, and application compiled with compatible settings. Begin with feature selection, then size resources for your application and target network stack.

The native platform interfaces are SoDisp, ThreadMutex, Thread, BaTimer, and AllocatorIntf. Their implementations depend on the selected port. An HTTP pool limit is not a limit on every socket in the application, and a host's stack-size setting does not configure every native thread.

Use the target's port headers and build instructions together with Configure BAS and BWS for Your Product. Match the headers and library sources; do not combine an application's configuration with an independently configured binary library.
